We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
Desktop Support Specialist
Network Engineer I
Network Engineer II
Our proactive services approach is delivered by reoccurring on-site visits, custom remote management solutions, and enterprise reporting systems. Some of your daily responsibilities will include the following:
Work as part of the Information Technology consulting team supporting the network solutions group.
Install, configure, and support TNP partner’s internal productivity software applications, intranet sites, database and application servers, email and voicemail, IP Telephony, and LAN and WAN networks.
Be the primary support resource to the Network Solutions staff for those solutions once implemented, with secondary backup support as worked out with other internal and external support resources.
Provide ongoing support related communications (generally by email) to the TNP partners notifying them of upgrades, outages, conversions, and issues, etc.
We are a Microsoft oriented solutions provider and as such, our major configuration and support activities are revolved around the following technologies:
Windows 2003 Server and Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server
Windows 2000 and XP Professional operating systems
Citrix MetaFrame XP
Veritas NetBackup and BackupExec
Security and VPN solutions with Cisco PIX
The outstanding candidate for this excellent opportunity with a young and growing team of dedicated IT professionals will have an MCSE preferably accompanied by a CCNA, 3 years experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong customer service skills.
