The service initially backs up all your data in full. After that, the service only backs
up those parts of files that have changed, vastly reducing the time it takes to
complete the backup. You can recover the most recent generation of data that
has been backed at LAN speeds via the NetStoreIT appliance — with access that is
secured using strong authentication. This is particularly useful in emergencies if, for
example, the server or PC containing the original data suffers a major failure. For
older generations of data, the NetStoreIT appliance detects any additional data
required to complete the restore, and then automatically retrieves the data from
remote storage for restoration.
