How it works
A central monitoring server, located in a secure hosting facility, continually scans small packets of information sent to and from client devices. A small agent installed on a client’s server collects and securely reports data back to the central monitoring server. In an escalated notification process, the monitoring server notifies our staff of warnings and failures in real-time. Upon notification, our engineering staff responds to prevent or resolve problems with minimal disruption to a client’s business.
