Discovery
The discovery phase involves a two-way knowledge transfer process. We gain a deeper understanding of your application and web requirements, and you learn more about our capabilities and the various web and technology opportunities available. Together we establish priorities and goals, and build the roadmap to get you where you want to go.
Definition
During the Definition phase, we prototype the functional systems, refine the technical specifications, create user interfaces, and develop plans for testing, training and deployment. The final deliverable for the phase, the Project Specification, is the most important document we deliver, as it is our team commitment defining exactly what we will deliver, with what resources, by when.
Project Specification
With the Project Specification completed, production on the solution can begin. The creative team completes and integrates the front-end while the technical team generates code for the back-end functionality. Once production has been completed, the software is configured on the development servers and we begin the testing and quality assurance process.
Production and Development
With the beta website and systems completed, we test the site and train users on the various functional systems. After client sign-off is provided, the site and software is prepared for configuration on the live production web servers for launch.
